警抓毒犯驚見Ubike　毒犯弟：收藏用

【林金聖／台北報導】怎會有一輛Ubike放在家中！警方上個月在台北市延壽街1棟公寓拘提1名蔡姓毒犯時，意外發現毒犯家中放著1輛Ubike，詢問後毒犯的弟弟向警方表示，日前在基隆河6號水門附近發現Ubike躺在草地上，才會將Ubike騎回家「收藏」。

但是警方調查該輛Ubike的租借紀錄發現，最後使用者是1名黃姓男子。警方表示，疑似Ubike機器故障，才讓毒犯的弟弟趁隙偷走，警方訊後依竊盜罪將毒犯的弟弟移送法辦。

史諾登案 俄自稱立場兩難

（法新社莫斯科30日電） 克里姆林宮人權顧問今天表示，對於是否交出美國在逃的情資洩密者史諾登（Edward Snowden），俄國立場「艱難」。史諾登目前仍滯留莫斯科機場。

克里姆林宮人權委員會主任費多托夫（MikhailFedotov）表示，莫斯科當局現在陷入兩難，對難民有照顧義務，卻也不想破壞與美關係。

俄國國際傳真社（Interfax news agency）引述費多托夫說法：「在史諾登事件中，俄國是受傷的一方，對俄國來說根本無關國家利益。」

他說：「我們不能把這個跑來俄國要求保護的人交出去；但另方面，我們也不想破壞和美國的關係，在許多國際議題上，美國是我們的夥伴。」

費多托夫表示：「俄國立場非常艱難。」他說俄國目前的尷尬處境，好比「在別人的派對宿醉」。

費多托夫表示，他最近與美國駐莫斯科大使麥弗爾（Michael McFaul）碰面時，提議設立1個由克里姆林宮人權團體與美國赫爾辛基委員會（U.S. HelsinkiCommission）組成的共同委員會來討論史諾登案。

費多托夫說：「麥弗爾說這個構想似乎非常有趣。」（譯者：中央社陳怡君）

軍檢上午公布洪仲丘案起訴內容，洪仲丘父親洪吉端用廣播收聽、關心案情，聽了一會後他忍不住說：「太長了，聽不完。」表示一切交由女兒與律師團發言，他不表任何意見；洪母胡素真則是在蔡英文來訪時，忍不住悲從中來、低頭痛哭，「我每天早上起來都很害怕，就要送仲丘離開了，以後是不是再也找不到真相了。」

民進黨前主席蔡英文今天上午訪洪家，她說，為何一個士兵帶了手機進營區，會弄得動用整個旅上下，要急著把他關進禁閉室，這是全民都不解的，動機是什麼，也是軍檢該深入追查的。她並說:「這是一個台灣社會的悲劇，」政府要負最大責任。過去有很多年輕子弟從軍時發生事情，她希望洪仲丘的事是最後一件，從現在開始大家給政府壓力，要求改革，同樣的事不要再發生。

或許是受今天軍檢公布偵結結果影響，洪母受訪時情緒激動，她難過地說，當媽媽的沒能保護好自己的小孩，她每天都自責不已，一想到8月4日就要送仲丘最後一程，就讓她很害怕，以後再也找不到真相了。

她也說，家屬最關心的就是真相，到底仲丘被送進去禁閉室的動機是什麼，軍檢應該要好好調查這部分才對。

洪姐洪慈庸今一早就出門，不清楚最後起訴狀況，律師團下午會開記者會回應。她說，新版軍審法大家都很期待，希望仲丘的案子也能用新法來審理。不希望只是抓一些小兵來辦，不希望傷害到別人的小孩。家屬已有心理準備，結果可能不如預期，她說，「我們要的是一個真相，就算不能百分之百，至少也要有7、8成，希望軍檢、軍方都能拿出誠意。」

「雙J」戀 蔡依林首度承認

蔡依林和周杰倫的舊情雖然在娛樂圈眾人皆知，但兩人始終鮮少公開談論分手細節，除了2010年蔡依林在接受陶晶瑩的訪問曾談及分手始末與當時心情。近日周董電影《天台　》在大陸熱映，陸媒又開始炒作此舊聞，再次揭蔡依林被劈腿的舊傷口，儘管「最恨的時間已經過去了。」

當年，周杰倫和蔡依林雖然沒有正面承認戀情，但兩人是娛樂圈公認的一對情侶。2005年2月，周杰倫與侯佩岑在東京代官山被拍到「勾肩搭背」逛街，導致戀情曝光。而蔡依林則自始至終保持沉默，沒有對此事作出回應。再度回憶起這段戀情，蔡依林坦言，當時自己用了1年多的時間走出來，走出「周侯戀」帶給她的傷害。

蔡依林透露，在得知周杰倫和侯佩岑的緋聞後，第一時間向對方求證，但周杰倫依舊否認。當兩人的親密照片見報後，周杰倫依舊不肯承認，更聲稱：「那是大家要他們合照。」雖然男方極力否認，但鐵證之下，蔡依林只相信自己所看到的。經歷了這段感情，讓蔡依林學會了認清男生。

之後，蔡依林選擇了逃避，盡量避免在工作場合和周杰倫碰頭，並且對周杰倫和侯佩岑都無法諒解。對於這段感情，蔡依林依舊強調：「最後一個知道是最恐怖的，我從沒經歷過這麼誇張的戀愛。」傷痛過後，蔡依林漸漸對感情釋懷，重拾兩人的友誼，蔡依林表示：「我很了解他的個性，現在當朋友很舒服。」不過，她也透露，周杰倫對於當年的劈腿至今沒有道過歉。

犯案動機 軍檢：洪仲丘態度引爆

【台灣醒報記者楊智強台北報導】軍檢對洪仲丘案調查結果顯示，犯罪動機並不如外界揣想是因高層涉入，純粹是連級單位勾心鬥角。國防部高等軍事法院檢察長上校史勝德31日表示，由於所在單位多位軍士官對洪仲丘態度有所不滿，最後才以洪攜帶違禁品為由，加以不當懲處。史勝德也表示，洪案與范佐憲營外涉嫌非法事業並無關聯。

回答記者提出「是否查出犯刑人的犯刑動機」的問題時，史勝德表示，洪案的犯案動機很難有一個完整的說明，在洪仲丘所屬單位中，許多相關人等都對洪仲丘有些許的不滿，當不滿累積到臨界點之後，才會爆發此案。

史勝德進一步指出，洪仲丘在5月期間曾竄改國軍的體能測驗成績，但因洪仲丘向連長求情，表示未來要報考公職，不希望在軍中有受罰紀錄，連長才將其從輕量刑，但連上士官卻因此心生不滿。

史勝德還說，洪仲丘後來因離退伍時間已近，表示不希望擔任值星官，造成部隊中長官（包括范佐憲、陳以人等）不滿再度升高，最後才會以攜帶違禁品入營為由，對洪仲丘進行不當懲罰。

「范佐憲在外涉及不法營業事務和洪仲丘案是否有關聯？」史勝德回覆表示，偵查到目前為止，范佐憲營外涉嫌簽賭重利部份和洪仲丘案並無關聯。

31日針對洪仲丘遭不當處分致死案，國防部最高軍事法院檢察署、高等軍事法院檢察署和北部地方軍事法院檢察署等單位，共同發佈結案報告記者會。全案刑事責任方面共起訴542旅及269旅共18人。

男子華江橋跳水　警消搜尋未果

【吳國仲／新北報導】昨天晚間9時許，傳出一名男子從華江橋躍下自殺，警消獲報趕緊從華江碼頭下艇搜救，家屬在一旁等候焦急不已，雙手合十祈禱趕快找到人。

　　關於網路募資，我們過去多次報導過有關著名募資平台 Kickstarter 上的著名案例，但是這次的案例並非發生在 Kickstarter，而是在另一個募資平台 Indiegogo 上，有一個打算募資 3200 萬美金的超大型專案「Ubuntu Edge」。


影音名稱 Ubuntu Edge: introducing the hardware

　　Ubuntu 其實是一套 Lunix 架構的作業系統，主要是以傳統電腦為主要環境，之所以會想要打造行動版本，Ubuntu 開發者、Canonical 的 CEO Mark Shuttleworth 表示，目標是希望打造高階手機規格實驗平台，希望能率先搶先試用最新技術，就像 F1 賽車一樣，所有車廠的最新技術都運用在賽車上，但是這些技術並不代表能夠馬上商業化。


看起來很普通的手機，其實是把目標放在開發技術的尖端


　　目前 Ubuntu Edge 暫定規格是 4 核心處理器、4GB RAM、128GB儲存空間，藍寶石水晶觸控螢幕，除了內建的 Ubuntu 系統外，也同時搭載了 Android 系統，只要接上螢幕，也可以變成一台完整的電腦。目前已經募集了 750 萬美金的贊助，離許下的 3200 萬還有一段非常遠的距離啊！


接上螢幕就變成 PC，這是怎樣的概念啊？

掐正妹店員小蠻腰　男辯「想量量看」被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市29歲陳姓男子到咖啡店買飲料，見獨自顧店的正妹店員穿著性感露腰裝，竟大膽趁對方轉身調製飲料，用雙手掐捏正妹小蠻腰兩側，正妹當場嬌斥「變態」並報警處理，新北地檢署今起訴陳男涉犯性騷擾罪嫌，最重可判刑2年、併科10萬元罰金。

陳男是該店常客，他承認碰了正妹店員的小蠻腰，但否認心生邪念，辯稱：「我想知道她的腰有多細，我想量量看。」檢方指，腰部肌膚並非我國一般正常社交禮儀可碰觸的部位，正妹店員穿露腰裝是因工作需要，不代表露腰就可任人碰觸，否則現代女性常穿短裙，豈非就該忍受他人上下其手，碰觸外露腿部。

總統簽署 愛爾蘭墮胎法案正式生效

繼教宗方濟各(Pope Francis)日前發言表示不介意教士性傾向後，一向保守的天主教國家愛爾蘭也通過了挑動教徒神經的「保命墮胎法案」，並且在30日經由總統希金斯(Michael D. Higgins)簽署後正式生效。不過，這項法案允許的墮胎範圍極小，因此同時遭到支持和反對墮胎的民眾抗議，顯得兩面不討好。

愛爾蘭是一個保守的天主教國家，墮胎一向是違法的行為，據英國衛生部統計，2012年共有近4千名愛爾蘭婦女前往英格蘭或威爾斯的醫院墮胎，其中124人是18歲以下的未成年人。此外，統計也顯示自1980年起，英格蘭和威爾斯的醫院總共為近15萬名愛爾蘭婦女進行墮胎手術。

愛爾蘭的墮胎合法化爭議起於1992年，當時愛爾蘭最高法院在一名少女遭強暴懷孕的案件中判定，若胎兒威脅到母親的生命，則可以合法墮胎。自此「威脅生命」這種模糊的界線，便成為愛爾蘭對於婦女是否有權墮胎的爭議點，例如1992年判例中的少女是因為受暴懷孕而產生自殺傾向，最後獲裁定可以合法墮胎。

2012年10月，31歲的印度籍牙醫哈拉帕納瓦(Savita Halappanavar)因出現流產徵兆，而被送往愛爾蘭的一家醫院，雖然醫院了解到胎兒不可能存活，卻以仍檢測得到胎兒心跳為由，拒絕了哈拉帕納瓦的墮胎要求，造成她在幾天後因敗血症死亡。

哈拉帕納瓦之死引起愛爾蘭社會極大的爭議，支持墮胎者認為，當時醫院若同意讓哈拉帕納瓦人工流產的話，就不致產生這樣的悲劇。隨著民意高張，愛爾蘭下議院在12日以127票贊成、31票反對通過「保護孕婦生命法案」，准許醫生在婦女有生命危險時，施以墮胎手術，總統希金斯30日正式簽署法案，將此類墮胎合法化。

不過，這項法案讓愛爾蘭的天主教徒無法忍受，反對墮胎的民眾指出，「保護孕婦生命法案」將會導致未來墮胎行為氾濫；反墮胎團體甚至批評該法案是「愛爾蘭歷史上第一次允許對胎兒蓄意謀殺」。天主教的主教們也發表聲明譴責法案誤導民眾，「每個公民都應該為這種激進提議感到憂心」。

更糟的是，支持墮胎的民眾也對這項法案不夠滿意，他們批評法案中允許合法墮胎的範圍太窄，例如強暴、亂倫導致的懷孕在這項法案之下仍然不能合法墮胎，甚至連胎兒離開子宮就無法生存的情況下，墮胎仍不被允許。

即便法案仍然充滿爭議，但愛爾蘭總理吉莫爾(Eamon Gilmore)仍然認為，「保護孕婦生命法案」對愛爾蘭女性來說，「仍是歷史性的一刻」；他在聲明中表示，「這項法案的核心目標在於拯救婦女生命，並保障了憲法中的基本人權」。吉莫爾先前曾向法案的反對聲浪表示，「作為總理，我應該要正確領導整個國家。是的，我是個天主教徒，但不是天主教總理」。

我還蠻想分享幾部我第二次看才有感覺的 1.落日殺神 阿湯哥的片 這部票房跟評價都不錯 但我第一次看覺得沒什麼共鳴 (好像大一的時候租片) 但是第二次研究所時重新再看 裡面的對話反而讓我很有感覺 至今這部片我反覆已經看了十次吧 還可以一邊學英文 2.非法正義 第一次看覺得很悶 好像是高三暑假跟同學借片看的 但是一樣也是在研所時再看一次 現在這部也是我心目中最愛電影的名單之一 配樂也是我Thomas Newman作品裡我最愛的一片 3.航站情緣 第一次看覺得很無聊 但真正有共鳴是在有出國後 剛好也是在機場待一整個晚上 要睡覺也睡不太著這樣 然後轉機時也是在機場待好久 而且也是一個人、第一次出國 (去研討會) 人生地不熟在機場亂晃然後偶爾碰到很好心的人 像在香港轉機原本不知道要怎麼走 就遇到一個也是台灣人的大姐 就教我怎麼看轉機的 總之經歷過之後 再看那部才覺得很有共鳴 待一晚就受不了了 他待了九個月 但這部愛情的部份還是覺得太悲了...... 4.驚心動魄 第一次看覺得沒很有爆點 但是後來再看 不知為啥就蠻有感覺的 配樂也很棒就是了 5.絕命追殺令 當初第一次看也是覺得還好 但第二次看就覺得這部電影劇情真的很紮實!! 6.烈火悍將 第一次看只覺得好久 印象只有槍戰那段 可是一樣也是研所時再看一次 反而超愛這部 尤其最後兩人握手那幕有種莫名感動 艾爾帕西諾另一部針鋒相對也是後來看越看越好看的 也不知為什麼 目前看電影大概六百多部到七百部 有很多都是小時候會喜歡 但長大反而就還好 而也有好多是到二十多歲才有感覺 但從小到大一直覺得是神作的也有 如： 印第安納瓊斯1~3 侏儸紀公園 T2 極光追殺令 ......等 -- ●` ˊ● ▲ ● ▲ Belleaya 極短篇小說創作 ㄟ_▲_ㄏ www.facebook.com/belleaya.pixnet.net belleaya ▲▊ http://www.facebook.com/belleaya.pixnet.net ▲ http://www.facebook.com/belleaya.pixnet.net ▲ ▼ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.55.152 推 boychang:西遊記月光寶盒仙履奇緣，愛情戲，感觸深，紫霞愛你喔 07/31 22:05

謝金燕街頭激凸？　錯覺啦！

【綜合報導】高市楠梓區一棟新建大樓，在外牆懸掛謝金燕的大型帆布宣傳照，被民眾發現右胸激凸（箭頭處），以手機拍照傳上網路，引起網友熱烈討論。該建案現場經理薛先生表示，懸掛照片的位置是事先預留的，沒想到謝金燕右胸正好被廚房排油煙管頂到，才會造成激凸錯覺，「純粹是巧合！」當地居民鐘先生看到這幅激凸海報，直說：「位置也太剛好了吧，真令人害羞！」
