【汪智博／台東報導】台東市1名林小姐接獲監理站向她追繳機車燃料使用費1元，讓她相當傻眼。對此，台東監理站長李慶章表示，因為本年度開始，機車行車執照將不再強硬更換，原跟隨行照更換時繳納的機車燃料使用費，亦更改為年度繳納。林小姐於前年12月30日買車，換行時照繳交的燃 料費用到今年12月30日，今年改年度繳納，才會出現林小姐只要繳1天費用情形；至於1塊錢則是以1年450元除以365天而來，絕非刻意為難。
 
媒體質疑光是文件大批郵寄3.5元郵費，就不止收來的1塊錢，若林小姐到超商繳交，監理站還要付8塊手續費，根本是浪費公帑。李慶章強調，因所有費用是電腦直接列出，並未考量到所收費用不符相關成本，可累積到下一年度再一次繳費問題，除感到抱歉，也強調今年度是過渡期，明年起不會再出現類似情形。

標題[技術] power短接測試問題

這陣子我的第一台個人電腦已經到無法使用的地步 （使用6年） 開機後畫面全黑風扇轉動 起初我以為是主機板的問題 把主機板送去技嘉換電容不檢測 換回來後組裝起來 接上電源 發現只要把I/O切至I風扇就會動一下斷電 然後按開機鍵無反應 我猜是power出問題了 於是爬文得知可以使用迴紋針來測試power 於是我照文章中教的方式測試 發現風扇能正常轉動 但是當我把迴紋針移除後重啓power 發現風扇還是會轉動 請問這樣Power是壞的嗎？ （我有拆開來看有一顆電容凸頂了） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.33.71

【王文傑／花蓮報導】台鐵為輸運暑假往返台北、花蓮間的旅遊人潮，即日起至九月一日止，每週再增開46列次普悠瑪號，估計每天可增加北、花往返2000個座位。今一名現場購得車票的羅姓男子說：「咦！火車票有比較好買喔！」台鐵新添購7組普悠瑪號列車，已有3組列車加入營運，估計九月後就能全數檢測完畢，有助解決北迴線一票難求的窘況。

花蓮火車站站長吳金添說，兩組普悠瑪列車加入營運，每天在台北、花蓮間增開四列次、八趟往返，一天就增加兩千個座位，逢週日還加開一班直達北、花的復興號。吳金添表示，該站暑假期間每日到站旅客都超過兩萬人，週一至週四離峰時間搭乘率約八成；但逢周六、日的尖峰時間搭乘率都破百。

產品實圖網誌版 http://vasary.pixnet.net/blog/post/28634216 為啥說請勿先入為主呢~ 猶記之前交深層卸妝油作業的時候 (參見:http://vasary.pixnet.net/blog/post/28488146) 某位善心大德分享了她討厭這款卸妝乳的點， 讓我當下決定作好全面性的心理準備，以應付屆時這款真的很難用時， 我可能會冒出的一籮筐髒話XD 不過實際用了之後覺得還好啊，沒想像中那麼可怕， 所以可能什麼東西還是自己用過最準(?) 蜜妮深層卸妝乳，180ML，定價197，不過折扣時大約150左右就有了， 我的買價一百出頭吧，通常大折扣我才會亂買:~ 小時候不懂膚質，用卸妝乳老是覺得油膩膩很不舒服，所以向來都不喜歡這種質地分類， 買得非常少 cosdna成份分析:http://www.cosdna.com/cht/cosmetic_c98355339.html 善心大德輸入的，看起來有幾個危險成份，不過在我的使用期裡並沒發生什麼狀況， 只能說本來就沒火苗，所以成份表對我已經影響不大 (乾笑) 要說優點嘛，這款卸妝"乳"算是有顛覆到我對這類型的認知， 乳液質地非常稀薄，差不多已經到了凝露的程度... 所以用起來完全不會覺得油膩膩不舒服!! 用量方面比之前寫過的深層卸妝油稍微省一點，差不多壓兩下就可以卸一次全妝了， 若論cp值，這款的分數會更高一點... 卸除的效力也算ok，我的底妝品跟眼部彩妝都是高耐久的款式， 但我本人是個懶鬼，絕對不願意搞卸了一遍又一遍的那種招， 這款能一次就卸乾淨，在我這邊確實有加到分~ 味道上是花香調的清淡路線，個人不討厭，雖然也不特別愛， 只是它強度跟持久力都不高，不到會觸怒鼻子的地步XD 缺點嘛... 卸完若直接用水沖淨，臉還是會有點滑感， 當然對乾性膚的人這種效果可以稱為"保濕"，但我不喜歡，個人向來喜歡臉部清爽的fu~ 不過這部份缺點是很好解決， 就我手邊的潔顏產品都是洗了會清爽的效果，卸完妝再洗一次臉就好 (不能算是太費工 因為卸得蠻乾淨了所以臉隨便洗一下就可以:~) 基本上我會覺得，蜜妮的深層卸妝油最適合秋冬， 而深層卸妝乳我也傾向把它分到冷一點更適用的範圍， (說是這樣說...但我卻在天氣熱的時候發這兩品的文orz) 兩款都有及格分，不會成為我高回購的產品，也不會成為我卸妝方面的主力， 但若臨時有需要的話，至少它們很容易買得到價錢也不貴，是個不會踩雷的選項~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.201.89

如果用雲端硬碟建立好一個表單來輸入資料!現在想用google app script來寫個script來叫出這個已建好的表單,查了一下, 好像有openByURL 可以使用,可是我呼叫後,表單還是不會出現,請問有高手可幫忙嗎?
