颱風外圍雲系影響 南部、臺東有雨

尤特颱風昨天凌晨到上午之間通過菲律賓呂宋島進入南海，因為結構受到地形破壞，減弱為中度颱風，受到它的外圍雲系影響，恆春半島和台東地區都有明顯的降雨發生；在溫度上，也因為颱風外圍下沉氣流有增溫的作用，而使得淡水出現了37.3度的高溫，為今年淡水最高溫，天氣上有南濕北乾的現象。

今天尤特颱風會持續向西北西方向移動，並朝著廣東、海南島一帶前進，受到它的外圍雲系影響，臺灣南部、臺東地區還是持續容易有較長時間的陣雨或雷雨，花蓮、宜蘭也會有短暫陣雨或雷雨發生，至於中部以北地區則是午後有局部雷陣雨的情形；溫度上因為雲量增加和降雨的關係，會比昨天略降１到２度，各地高溫大多在３２到３５度之間，臺東最高溫約３０度。

氣象局提醒，颱風雖然不會直接侵襲臺灣，但是接下來兩三天在西南部沿海，包括澎湖、金門，以及東半部沿海，包括蘭嶼、綠島都容易有長浪以及強陣風出現，到海邊活動一定要特別注意安全。
