遠雄建設9月總銷42億元的桃園八德「艾菲爾」有機會開始交屋，可望帶動單月業績升高。法人指出，該案在初次入帳下，預料將有四至五成業績貢獻，遠雄單月營收有機會衝破20億元，進入下一波入帳高峰。

展望第4季，遠雄指出，單季估有三筆新案完工交屋，包括內湖五期的「奧斯卡」，新莊副都心的「中央公園」，以及中和的「左岸」系列「玫瑰園」等，總銷分別在7億元、10億元和37億元，目前三案分別售六成多、四成多和六成，有助於單季業績攀升。
