鐵絲地雷！女穿拖鞋踩踏　刺穿腳指

一名女子蹲坐在地，腳底板鮮血直流，原來有鐵絲穿過拖鞋，刺穿腳指頭。

沒辦法確認傷口到底有多深，加上女子一直喊痛，消防隊員不敢貿然把鐵絲剪斷，打算直接送醫，親友抱著她上車，但一挪動她就痛的受不了。

女子受傷地點，原來在基隆望海巷施放水燈的現場附近，21日凌晨，活動吸引數萬人潮，女子隔天到這玩，卻被送進醫院，白天重回現場，地上果然還殘留鐵絲，主辦單位說，鐵絲是用來綑綁水燈用的。

主辦單位表示，每次放水燈之前，鐵絲才會剪掉，活動過後都有派人清理，但會傷人代表有漏網之魚，不好好想辦法改善，恐怕平安的中元祈福活動，難保不會再有這淒厲聲。
