紀念出道20周年，莫文蔚於香港中環置地廣場舉辦「莫后年代-莫文蔚20周年」個展，展出許多從未公開曝光的物品和照片等，記錄她一路以來的點滴，而其中璀璨耀眼的De Beers鑽飾，更是見證莫文蔚諸多重要時刻的要角。

莫文蔚踏入樂壇20載，此次展出以「後台」為主題，讓人看到莫文蔚舞台下的諸多風貌，甚至包括在義大利結婚時所穿的Vera Wang高級訂製婚紗、數款旗袍等也都在展出之列。而她曾在演唱會、婚禮上選擇配戴的De Beers鑽飾當然也沒缺席。此次開展活動上，莫文蔚也配戴了De Beers最新Phenomena高級珠寶系列Frost鑽石項鍊、耳環和戒指。

莫文蔚坦言工作為自己帶來無限滿足，拍攝宣傳照時，為了更進入狀況，現場放著她自己的爵士專輯「Somewhere I Belong」，輕鬆擺動姿態，一個不經意的回眸，捕捉到她姣好的背面曲線，而De Beers鑽飾也襯托著她閃閃發亮，這個不經意於是成了此次展覽的形象主照。
