摘要：王金平的黨籍假處分得到地院裁准，國民黨向高等法院提出抗告，合議庭決定26號下午兩點將公開開庭審理，但今天傳出高院審判長魏麗娟，因為被質疑立場不中立，所以她也在昨天提出要迴避審理，但高院並沒有准許，魏麗娟還是本案的審判長。魏麗娟今天表示會把份內工作給做好，一起來聽聽她的說法。
