北市公營住宅 租金暫不調降

台北市都市發展局今天表示，目前公營住宅出租率高達95%，且租金適宜，暫無調整租金的考量。

都市發展局指出，目前台北市公營住宅的租金定價，在「使用者付費」及「合理租金負擔」兩項基本原則，委請不動產估價師進行租金行情估價，並參酌「出租國宅租金水準」、「該行政區電梯大廈租金水準」、「家庭租金負擔比例」等因素，以低於市場租金價格的水準訂定租金價格，該社區租金訂定與附近相同住宅品質租賃住宅行情相較仍屬低廉。

公營住宅是出租給台北市中度收入以下的青年家庭（家庭年收入40分位點以下）為原則，希望提供優質居住環境與週邊地區共存共榮，並引入物業公司的專業管理，持續維持居住品質。
