保德信店頭市場基金經理人賴正鴻指出，國際資金仍將持續湧入台、韓等體質健全的亞洲國家，在基本面與資金動能的支撐下，仍看好年底前加權指數有機會再挑戰高點，近期的震盪拉回，可視為逢低介入的時點。

類股布局上，賴正鴻認為，金融股短線進入震盪整理格局，第3季回檔修正的電子股有望接棒演出。同時，由台積電新製程帶來相關設備的更新，也將引發另一波商機，再配合中概與全球景氣復甦驅動房屋、汽車相關零組件需求，都將是第4季與明年可以長線布局的產業重點。

另外，具有產業利基的生技族群與中概股，亦是逢低加碼的選擇之一。
