RCEP展開首輪談判 擬積極串聯5個雙邊自貿區

人民網報導，東協十加六，即區域全面經濟夥伴關係(RCEP)在昨(9)開啟了首輪談判，RCEP的目標可概括為以下三點：全方位、高水平，短時間。具體包括，貨物、服務、投資、經濟技術合作等各領域；打通現有東盟與對話夥伴簽訂的5個雙邊自貿區；2015年底完成談判。

當前RCEP協議談判將面臨很多挑戰，因為參與談判的16個國家在經濟發展水平、參與區域合作深度等存有差異，部份國家也擔心參與國間非經濟因素對RCEP談判可能的負面影響。

據瞭解，RCEP的背景與特點分別為：東盟的倡議、東盟希望通過RCEP來推動東亞一體化、RCEP符合東亞的利益。而積極推動能夠反映亞洲國家利益訴求的RCEP，助於擺脫嚴重依賴西方市場的問題。
