我人長住在美國，現在需要寄錢給臺灣的朋友，不過因為各種原因我沒有銀行帳戶之類的東西，所以打算用現金去郵局買money order...

大概知道要怎麼買，不過不知道到能不能在臺灣用?
如果可以的話要怎麼寄回去比較好呢?
朋友收到後要怎樣轉成現金?
還有幣值轉換的問題，這中間過程我也不太清楚，求高人指點!!

沒有信用卡或帳戶什麼的真的很麻煩，不過又不能自己去用Orz
如果有其他好的寄錢辦法也麻煩提供一下了!!
多餘的花費不是問題，只要能準確交到錢就可以了!!
