燕巢老人日間照顧中心開幕　陳菊推動老人照顧

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高市燕巢區老人日間照顧中心暨長青學苑今日開幕，市長陳菊表示，燕巢區為高雄第10座老人日間照顧中心，面對高齡化社會，提升老人日間照護及多元社會參與是市府的責任，期許提高長輩生活品質，打造高雄成為一座幸福友善的城市。
 
老人日間照顧中心提供交通接送、餐飲、身心機能活化、健康照護等服務，並有社工員、護理人員協助，二樓設為長青學苑，針對長輩需求開設語言、體能、技藝、養生保健資訊等研習課程。

高市府利用原燕巢鄉民代表會閒置空間，並運用公益彩券盈餘基金500萬元打造燕巢區第一座老人照顧中心，今日正式開幕。翻攝畫面
