最近研究大台南地區的房價漲跌，意外發現內政部某研究報告不外說;：

大台南地區是離婚率最低的五都，也就是說很多人結婚後都有家庭，且至少生個小孩平均至少二位。

另觀察北部的台北、新北，中部的台中等，是個離婚率很高的五都中的三都耶!

難怪外地人到台南本地去看，看多人家裡都有小孩子

尤其可以注意“台南本地“年輕人已婚者的家中，平均也有生個二個小孩子了。>>>這樣子情形在北部、中部不常見哦!

要不要你是住大台南地區的，想讓房價大跌都，叫你家人、親友、朋友、同學們，都不要結婚、也不要生小孩嘛!

因為人口一多，房子住的地方就少了
建商當然有利可圖了
