iphone 4S通訊錄問題

昨天重灌電腦,
結果iTunes也重灌,
但我要備份iphone 4S通訊錄時;
發現不能存通訊錄也不能將手機的資料,
復蓋到電腦的iTunes內,
而且之前通訊錄是用Outlook Express來輸入,
現在想把手機的通訊資料傳到Outlook Express也不行,
不知有什麼方式可以解決我目前的問題呢?
