俄羅斯精神病院火災 37死

俄羅斯西北部諾夫哥羅德州「奧克索契精神病院」13日凌晨發生大火後遭焚毀，至少造成37人喪生。

起火原因可能是男病患在床上吸菸，不慎燃及褥墊。

該院位於小維舍拉地區，樓高1層，為木造建築，共收容60重症患者。出事前，地方當局曾以安全堪虞為由，勒令關閉。

火災起於3時許，院方緊急疏散23人後，整棟建築物化為火海，其餘病患都還在沉睡，來不及逃生。

趕到現場的消防隊隨即撲滅火勢，並尋獲15具焦屍，引導病患逃生的1位女護士也不幸罹難。案發後，數百名救難人員在院外附近林間搜尋可能倖存的患者。

諾夫哥羅德州州長米廷表示，失火時，院方醫護員看到1名男病患全身著火，「很可能他在床上吸菸，燒到被褥和床墊」。

病院主治醫師穆罕默托夫則向媒體透露，火災原因或許是該男蓄意縱火。州方也已朝「疏失致死」展開刑事調查。

近年來，俄羅斯的州立養老院、精神病院火災頻生。今年4月26日，莫斯科州精神病院起火，造成38人死亡。
