全國英語短劇賽華盛頓奪第三

華盛頓中學參加由國立台灣師範大學英語系主辦的「2013全國國中暨高中英語短劇比賽」，勇奪全國私立高中組第三名，亦是台中地區唯一擠進前三名的學校。

校方說，這個戲劇團隊由外語教師Paul Mclsaac領軍，歷經了4個月訓練後，終獲佳績，十分難得，尤其是高一女學生簡子芸還獲得最佳女主角。
