大雨特報　宜花苗栗以北及中部山區注意

中央氣象局表示，由於對流雲系發展旺盛影響，今天苗栗以北、宜蘭、花蓮地區及台中市山區、南投山區有局部性大雨發生，提醒民眾注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲，山區請慎防坍方及落石。
