球王喬柯維奇才在4月下旬蒙地卡羅大師賽冠軍戰終結「紅土之王」納達爾的8連冠，秀出問鼎法網賽好狀態，孰料昨日意外遭保加利亞21歲好手狄米卓夫以7-6(6)、6-7(8)、6-3扳倒，止於馬德里公開賽第2輪；第3種子莫瑞則是贏得生涯第400勝。

中國昆明挑戰賽第1種子盧彥勳6-3、6-1擊敗地主球員宮茂鑫，晉級前8強。
