捕魚還要閃子彈　基隆漁民曾被搶魚獲

討海養家活口的基隆八斗子漁民杜燦雄（58歲），好多年前到海南島捕鎖管，就遇過越南船開槍驅趕，所幸無礙，但是捕魚還要閃子彈的恐怖經歷，已經讓杜燦雄留在台灣北部彭佳嶼捕鎖管，沒想到又遇上又大又多的中國漁船搶佔海域爭漁獲，甚至還直接登船搶劫。

杜燦雄就曾遇到中國籍漁船「霞功輯二號」要搶劫，他加快馬力開跑給對方追，緊急通報附近的軍艦求援，但是杜燦雄的船隻已被「霞功輯二號」開槍打破了好幾顆燈泡，所幸國軍將「霞功輯二號」制伏，並將其帶回港內，接受台灣法律審判，當時還登上頭版新聞，也顯現弱勢討海人的無奈與悲哀。
