我朋友前幾週在雲林虎尾騎車出了車禍頭顱破裂左耳現在暫時聽不到車禍當時的事他想不起來了只記得那天下雨天所以他沒騎很快當天也沒喝酒後來聽警察和醫院的人說他撞到的阿婆常在那一代製造假車禍他都傷成那樣了他母親不想事情變麻煩給了阿婆5000 當晚我朋友就轉院回台北日前才出院，還沒做過筆錄結果現在阿婆的家人來要精神賠償60萬請問各位大大！這樣有解嗎＞＜車禍地點沒有監視器 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.23.4
