公司一位同事自從有人升為主管後,整天在抱怨事情變多,責任變重常加班到晚上八九點還不見得能下班回家,也常對其屬下說看你們常六點多下班就打卡走人,真羨慕,也會常對下說若不常加班,績效變差就減薪不懂怎麼還一堆存有加班就是正常的人? 還是我觀念有錯? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.99.196
