海巡署硬起來　護漁「絕不手軟」

海巡署副署長鄭樟雄表示，經查證後，確定行兇的是菲律賓漁業跟水產局的船隻，上面坐的漁政及海巡官員，開槍的是海巡官員」。他強調，廣大興28號上面有32個彈孔，而且菲國公務船在追逐過程中還不斷的射擊，已經違反國際法的規定。

鄭說，台南艦及廣大興28號預計明天11時進入琉球港，如果海象好，就會提早進港。對於藍委要求政府強力護漁，他則說，「絕對不手軟！」
